1. Initial stage:

From the predecessor Kim Cat Trading Company (2009), we started our journey in the packaging industry with a very clear goal: to create products with stable quality and reliable progress. The turning point came in 2010 when we built our own packaging factory, proactively managing the entire process to better control the quality of finished products and delivery time. In 2016, to make a strong breakthrough, we entered into a joint venture with a Japanese partner and formed Million Plastic Packaging Company Limited.

This cooperation brought lean management methods, production discipline and higher quality standards, laying the foundation for the next stage of growth. By 2018, we continued to invest systematically in machinery, equipment, people, building a skilled workforce and optimizing operational capacity, thereby expanding our product portfolio and capacity to meet demanding markets.

The factory in Duc Hoa officially operated with a capacity of 170 tons/month in 2016. After only one year, thanks to the addition of many modern equipment, the capacity increased to 310 tons/month with a rich variety of goods. In 2019, the factory was expanded 3 times, increasing the capacity to 500 tons/month with 21 bag blowing machines and 28 bag cutting machines.

2. Capacity

Accelerated production capacity comes with business efficiency: in 2017 we exported 1,320 tons, revenue of 2,772,000 USD, in 2018 we exported 1,452 tons, revenue of 3,121,000 USD, and in 2019 we reached 1,597 tons, revenue of 3,433,055 USD and broke through in 2025 exporting 4,200 tons, revenue of 6,720,000 USD.

 

3. Field of operation

Million currently operates in three key areas:

1. Plastic packaging production,

2. Trading of all kinds of plastic packaging

3. Trading of plastic materials.

Typical products include handbags, garbage bags, shopping bags, cake bags, hanging bags, roll bags, mango seed bags, etc.

All are produced in a closed process: mixing raw materials, blowing film, printing, cutting, shaping, packaging, helping to strictly control each stage, unify quality and optimize costs for customers

 

4. Market

Our markets span from Vietnam to Canada, France, the United States, Belgium, Japan, and Australia. Each market brings its own requirements for standards and user experience; that is also the motivation for us to upgrade processes, diversify raw materials, improve technology, and perfect products every day. Whether serving general needs or high-standard orders from demanding markets, we always prioritize stable quality and on-time delivery.

5. Operating principles

Throughout its development journey, Million has pursued the motto “exquisite in every detail”. “Exquisite” here is not only in the design or surface of the product but also in seemingly small factors: stable film thickness, durable welding lines, sharp printing colors, neat packaging, complete documents and understanding after-sales service. Each detail done correctly and carefully will create a trustworthy whole, which is how we build trust with customers and partners.
